WHOA, WHY?! What Happened?

On Saturday morning, April 18th, Chris and Carol were in the breakroom before the the salon opened when an explosion occurred (on the roof in connection with an HVAC unit) causing the ceiling to collapse on and all around them! THANKFULLY, and most importantly, they were okay! There were no clients in the salon and none of our other team members had arrived yet. As scary as it was, the outcome could have been very different.

What’s Next?

There was a lot of structural (as well as cosmetic) damage throughout the entire salon. We are in the process of gathering all of that information, repairs will need to be made so to get it safe, we’ll need to get a new HVAC system, get the roof replaced, get everything cleaned up, get our systems in place, etc. There is a lot to do!

We are exploring temporary ‘housing’ options for how our team can provide services in the meantime and will keep everyone updated! Thank you for all of the kind words, patience and support as we navigate rebuilding.

UPDATE AS OF THURSDAY, APRIL 23, 2026
We have been able to secure two temporary locations to work out of and will be reaching out to clients. We will start by working partial schedules while we try different services within these spaces to make sure we can still give our clients amazing experiences at this time. In the meantime, we’re cleaning and working hard to be back in action as soon as possible. We’ll keep updates pinned on our Facebook page from Chris. Thank you!

Appointments

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your salon appointment (if you are running late please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late may limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment). As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled.

Late Cancellation / No Show Policy

In the event of a Late Cancellation, (One hour before appointment or less) or a No Show, we will require a 50% Deposit for  Future Bookings in order to respect the time and earning ability of our service providers.  This deposit will be placed into the clients’ account and used towards the service total on the next appointment scheduled OR will be forfeit in the event of another Late Cancellation or No-Show occurrence.
